There are GARDENS - and then there are... Mother Nature is kind enough to bless a select few with a green thumb and Louise St. Germain is one of the lucky ones. It appears that whatever she touches turns to gold — or perhaps Ishould say green — as is beauti- fully showcased in her three-time award-winning tropical garden on Honey's Beach Road. “Welcome to the jungle!” Louise shouts excitedly as she leads the way through her garden oasis, studded with rows of vibrant flowers, exotic plants, sky-reaching trees and magnificent statues of mermaids, dolphins and birds. Her garden, which she estimates to be 80 per cent perennials and 20 per cent annuals (newly planted seeds) also contains an eclectic mix of bulbs, cacti, shrubs, trees and grapevines and has been a work in progress for the past eight years. With a stunning collection of life
