Under cool, but bright sunny skies, the 4th annual Harvest Chili Cook-off Celebration was held along Queen Street, on Sunday, September 23, Hundreds of people crowded the street, which was flanked with colourful booths and prod- ucts, to take part in this popular fall event. The com roast, petting farm and pumpkin painting, sidewalk sales and kid’s zone were all popular, but it's the Chili-Cook-off and tasting that lures so many to the street, where they can taste and judge just who makes the best “Chili” in Scugog Township.
