He immediately gained employment with American Home, the largest insurance company in the world and worked his way to becoming vice president of fi- nance, a post from which he retired more than twenty years ago. My conversation with Eric lasted several hours and I was mesmerized by his attention to detail. So many of our veterans have so many incredible stories to tell, and the opportunity to capture small glimpses of these people's lives is very rewarding.
