We were in and out in no time, he says. He also gives a positive thumb to those who brought food items for the food bank! Take a bow! THUMBS DOWN - Anyone travelling along Ottawa St. behind the high school during school hours are con- fronted with cars lined the length of the street. That's not a problem! It’s when the vehicles depart for the day that an issue becomes apparent. Garbage — coffee cups, water bottles, wrappers can be seen strewn all along the roadside. Thumbs down to those who don't take the time to dispose of their garbage properly and help keep our streets clean. THUMBS DOWN -A reader brought to our attention a situation at the new Medical Associates building which was troubling to her and issued a thumbs down for not having a full directory at the entrance level of the building. She says this forces people with physical dis- abilities to take the “slow” elevator up to the main floor, struggle to the directory, then return to the elevator to proceed to the office they wish to attend. Good point! THUMBS DOWN - A visitor to town is suggesting the town is not very “visitor friendly” after she was issued a ticket while parked at a birthday function along Lakev- iew Drive. Unbeknonwst to her, and we would venture the majority of people, there is a three hour parking limit anywhere in the town, even ifthe street is not posted. Apparently there are signs posted at the entrances to town, although they are not immediately clear to a passing motorist. So thumbs down to the enforcers for not using their discretion on issuing tickets and the township for not making their parking regulations clear. > Your \ ee 4 Vealth , ©)» Chiropractic we Appointments can be made online!
