Then at noon, the beef and 4-H Dairy Show begins, the beer tent opens with enter- tainment throughout the day and a beef auction takes place at 4 p.m. Of course one of the biggest draws on Sunday will begin at 1 p.m. with the annual Harness Horse Rac- ing. This is always a popular event and the stands fill quickly. Also taking place about the same time is an ex- trication demonstration by the Scugog Fire Department. At6 p.m., another demolition derby will take place across from the grandstand. Once again, this attracts large crowds so come early. Sunday night winds up with great music in the entertainment shelter provided by Settlers Creek Band and Dean Brody. Monday is another big day with a pet show, more displays in the fair buildings, junior dairy, heavy horse and Ontario County Holstein shows throughout the morning. At 10:45 a.m. the Family Rodeo returns, fol- lowed by the ever popular Rodeo Bull Riding.
