We have enjoyed a wonderful summer growing and sharing fruits, vegetables and herbs parity community; members. Dear Editor Due to the changing times and the fact that we were having difficulty increasing our membership, Blue Ray Chapter #238 Order of Eastern Star here in Port Perry is closing our doors after 67 years of serving our community. As a beneficent organization, our mission was to raise money to donate to deserving gro individuals in our community and to support our own members in time of need. Many thanks to the commumity for their faithful participation i in our ig, even! years, i.e. luncheons, draws for quilts, 50/50 tan bazaars, yard sales and many more.
