Dear Editor Due to the changing times and the fact that we were having difficulty increasing our membership, Blue Ray Chapter #238 Order of Eastern Star here in Port Perry is closing our doors after 67 years of serving our community. As a beneficent organization, our mission was to raise money to donate to deserving gro individuals in our community and to support our own members in time of need.
