Mr. Christie was also celebrating his Hospital Auxiliary Caniille Crosier presented with life membership pin By Luella Graham The Port Perry Community Hospital Ladies Auxiliary held their meeting Monday, Jan. 20 with 20 ladies present. The president welcomed all and wished them a Happy 1992 New Year. She then opened the meeting with all repeating the Auxiliary prayer in unison. Minutes of the last meeting were read by the secretary and adopted. All oth- er officers reports were then given. Since our last meeting nine girls and 13 boys were born at the hospital. The upcoming euchre and bridge luncheon and cards be- ing held on Feb. 3 at noon for the luncheon and cards later at the Prince Albert Hall was dis- cussed. So come along ladies and gentlemen to a pleasant af- ternoon of entertainment. Under new business the Spring Fair is being held April 25. Also the Rose Tag days May 1-2 were also brought to our minds. Sorry to say due to the many things on during Christmas, the write-up did not get in the paper. In December Camille Crosier was presented with a life membership pin. Camille has done much for the auxiliary during the past years. At present she is treasurer and buyer for the Tuck Shop. Also a volunteer on the floor, Camille is very deserving of this pin. A motion was then made by Marjorie Tripp that the meet- ing adjourn, followed by a social half hour.
