"The King and I" is playing at the Town hall in Port Perry it opened Thursday evening. Con- gratulations to Holly Jackson for starring in this play as "one of the head wives and Simon Le- gree." On May 20 the ladies group of Mariposa Estates (including some village girls) will be con- cluding the year with a dinner out at Belamy's Restaurant (Thickson Road) at 6:30 p.m. We will be volunteering our new president and treasurer for 92/93, don't be afraid, come on out! The Ladies Reflections group at Emmanuel will also be hav- ing their final meeting for the spring unit will be a Fashion Accessories Show by Wendy, of Wendy's Boutique in Port Perry. The speaker will be Gae- tane Marchall, a women's coun- sellor from Oshawa, she is an inspiring speaker, so feel free to come out for a fun morning and enjoy coffee, tea and morning goodies. Also for our regularly attending ladies don't forget May 5 (you know what... ). The Easter raffle at Mariposa School was a great success.
