It is now beifig held on Wednesday, Dec. 2 at 6:30 p.m. at Karen Szewerda's home. If you aren't sure what to bring call myself or Karen. Don't for- get your gift and all the other things you are supposed to bring. This Thursday evening we are going to the theatre to see Kathy Jackson, among others, and have a grand evening gala affair. Don't worry, I have the tickets and we'll see you there, if you need a ride or want to car pool, call one of us. Birthday wishes go out to Tara Jackson, Ken Carruthers, Krista Carr and Mildred Puck- rin. have a good one! The Brownie enrollment night has also been changed to Monday, Nov. 30. All parents are welcome to attend, especial- ly those of the Tweenies. Santa will be at the Seagrave General Store on Dec. 12 for anyone interested in giving him a list of what they "need" for Christmas. The Seagrave U.C.W. collect- ed $5.85 in pennies in October. for November $26.97 was col- lected, including Mabel Hurst's Blue Jay money, the Seagrave store's donations, auxiliary member Margaret Ingram' 8 do- nation, and the Robinglade La- dies Group donation. Way to go! Those pennies do add up don't they? Lets double that for De- cember. The "Reflections" ladies group held at Emmanuel Church in Port Perry across from the arena is excited about their special Christmas morn- ing coming up on Dec. 8 at 9:30 a.m. For a small cost of $6 your children will be ably taken care of and you will be nibbling on goodies and sipping your favor- ite flavored coffee, while listen- ing to a special speaker and watching a demonstration of how to set your Christmas table in a unique way. Ester will be singing for us and getting us all in the Christ- mas spirit... for it is just around the corner now! Come one, come all for a lovely Tues- day morning you won't want to miss. Seagrave Church News On Sunday, Nov. 156 at the church service the two grand- gons of Charlie and Barbara Short were baptized "Andrew Cyril Richard', son of Cyril and Bonnie Steinsky and "Crai William Ronald", son of Bill and Penny Short. Last Sunday was "Reign of Christ" Sunday, when Elaine Barber of the g- Manchester Pastoral Charge led the service in a pulpit ex- change with Rev. David Shep- herd. Next Sunday, Nov. 29 is "White Gift Service." Please bring a non-perishable food item or an item of new clothing. The Christmas family ni will be held on Sunday, Dec. 6 at 7 p.m. at the church.
