The public will meet Alberto de Castro during an artist's re- ception from 1:30-3:30 p.m. e event is a family affair. Each child in attendance will re- ceive a free puzzle based on the painting. Mr. de Castro painted the Lake Scugog Open Air Ice Pal- ace during a visit to Port Perry in February. He has given the original painting to the Community Me- morial Hospital and signed over the copyrights, therefore allow - ing the hospital to reproduce the painting any format. e hospital is using the presentation on Friday evening at the g their cords were Amanda Redman, Maryrose painting as the focus of its "Pre- scription for a Healthy Commu- nity" SAmPAIMm to raise money for the capital equipment fund. Five hundred signed and numbered limited edition prints and 50 signed and num- bered artist proof prints are be- ing sold at the Framer's Gallery. Almost 20" by 27" in size, the limited edition prints are sell- ing for $125, while the artist proof prints are selling for $150.
