In early December the Ice Pal- ace was awarded a $6,000 loan/ grant to aid in the operation of the rink. Even though the Ice Palace has drawn large crowds, last year organizers suffered a $1,200 loss. It suffered an addi- tional $2,000 loss when the rink's docks were stolen from a storage area.
