Also faring well were Bill White and Eleanor Kingston. Other winners who were absent when the picture was taken were Don Durham and Marg Lee. Please see story for details. House champs crowned - Jan Ashbridge and Marg White were the top bowlers in the annual Centennial Lanes House Champ Tournament. Mr. Ashbridge of the Thurs- day Night Mens League bowled a 353 single, while Mrs. White of the Monday Night Ladies League rolled a 255 single. They were each awarded $150 for their efforts. Taking second place were Don Durham of the Thursday Night Mens League with a 295 and Eleanor Kingston of the Fri- day Night Mixed League with a 252. Mr. Durham and Mrs. Kingston received $50 each. Third place was won by Bill White of the Thursday Night Mens League with a 276 and Marg Lee of the Wednesday Af- ternoon Ladies League with a 231. They each received $25. The tournament, which was held on Saturday, April 24 and Sunday, April 26, was spon- sored by Centennial Lanes pro- prietors Frank Hammond and Carol Anthony.
