If you still have pennies and didn't turn them in you can take them to the hospital Tuck Shop or give them to any Auxiliary member. Hospital Tag Day is coming up on May 14 and 15, so you will see the ladies out in their pink smocks. We always need more volunteers, so if you would like to help for a couple of hours call 985-2146. If you have any good dona- tions for the Friendly Visitor Flea Market and Bake Sale you can leave them at the Commu- nity Centre on Friday evening. Doors open at 9 a.m. on Satur- day, then you can travel on downtown to the Quilt Show at the United Church starting at 10 a.m. then on to Artfest at the high school. Prince Albert was pleased to hear that Jim Martin has ar- rived home from his eye opera- tion. He would certainly enjoy hearing from anyone. It was good to see Kevin Hobbs at R.H. Acci- dently a basketball landed in Kevin's hands and he couldn't resist taking a shot during the warmups. Les and Grace Beacock enter- tained their family for Easter. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Clark who are cele- brating their 50th wedding an- niversary. Elizabeth Bredin returned Sunday from a Senior Band trip to Quebec. The C.H.S. band played very well. Congratula- tions to John Beirness and those hard playing seniors. They were warmly received by all residents of Quebec City that they met.
