He posted another strikeout in the thirdinning. Mark Richardson took over the pitching duties in the fourth inning. Oshawa's bats came alive toward the end of the game and along with a couple of YMCA 'Junior 0 Emma. Marshall and David Halward- were the top scorers for the Leafs as they were victo- rious over the Canadiens 10-3 in Junior Floor Hockey action, Monday; May 10. Adam Youmans started things off for the Blue Bombers with Dustin Bowes and Jonathon Rogalski adding singles and Craig Cannon com- ing up with a double. Scoring for the Mighty Ducks were Jason Cruickshank and Steven Doan with singles and Eric Bird with a double. Schildts had good fielders, with flies caught by Troy John- ston and Darryl Copithorn. Many strong hits by each team, including Caleb Atkins for Schildt and by Virginia Wilson and David Pereira for Green- bank. Good defensive for Green- bank, including Callan Nesbitt. 9-10 Mites Saintfield Machining started the season with a game May 12 at Greenbank against a- grave. Tricia Wray was strong at first base for Seagrave, with good fielding by all, including Justin Smith and steady pitch: ing by Mark Blakley. Saintfield was great at bat, including Janna Ostafichuk and a triple for Dayna Ballagh. Fine effort in the field, with a great catch by Matt Howell. Final score was Seagrave 8 - Saintfield 4.
