Ross Munro and Marilyn = were in Parry Sound staying at a friends cottage for the week- end. There was a storm with thunder, lightning and hail to liven things up. Sandra Maharaj is home from a wonderful cruise to the Bahamas while her sons held down the family home in Ep- som. It seemed hard to find news this week. The hay was a won- derful crop and Bill told me that the Transparent apples would be ripe next week. I sure love fresh apple sauce and apple pie. Some of my neighbors find time toswimin the pool. It used to be said that a time would come when there would be a car in every driveway and a chicken in every pot. I think that time has come, when from my window, I see several vehi- . cles, cars, trucks, vans even a motorhome for sale and school bus. Maybe a bus line for Ep- ~ som? But in case of hard times there are bicycles handy. We are just ordinary country folks doing ordinary things but we are happy and at peace with the world. Hey!
