Uxbridge - 852-3355 Ferguson reunion held at Nestleton Hall "non, Muriel Butson, Jackie Sympathy is extended to Fre- da Vernon and Earl Draper, their spouses and families on the death of their sister Eileen Draper of Raglan in a tragic auto accident south of Port Perry on Friday shortly before noon. Sympathy also to the sisters and other relatives of Jim Har- ris who died last week after a short illness. Our thoughts go to Jean Van Camp, Lorna Edger- ton both of Blackstock, Shirley Magill of Columbus, Verna Chapman and Reta Birkett both of Port Perry on the pass- ing of their brother. Rev. Clarence and Mrs. El- eanor Ferguson of Ennisvail, Alberta spent a few days a week ago visiting relatives in the area. On the Sunday they at- tended the annual Ferguson picnic along with about 60 of the "clan held at the Nestleton Hall. A good day was enjoyed by all who attended. Many from the Blackstock area enjoyed attending the sur- prise 40th wedding anniversary party on Saturday evening in honor of Jean and Arnold Wil- liaggs. It was such a pleasure to po with school chums from C.H.S. days who had returned from various Ontario points for this special occasion. With an enjoyable program, great music and much visiting everyone re- ports a great evening. Congrat- ulatjons Jean and Arn. There were nine tables at the regular weekly card party with the following winners - Kath- leen Watts, Edna Manns, Vera Fawns, Charlie Campbell, Ner- ta Masters, Charlie Stapleton and James Emerton.
