While this is becoming an all too famil- iar occurrence in Ontario today, this time it is for the good they have done. Bell Canada, in co-operation with the Ontario Community Newspaper Associa- tion, is sponsoring its annual Ontario Jun- ior Citizen of the Year Award. It has spon- sored the event for the past 12 years. This award recognizes the achieve- | ments and accomplishments of the. youths aged six to 18-years-old.
