This meeting is especially important this year as the current execu- tive has developed a constitu- tion and bylaws which will be up for review and ratification. The meeting is open to any in- terested parents or minor ball supporters from the surround- "ing area. The current executive will be presenting reports on the past year, and the floor will be open for feedback. Following these reports and the discussion and ratification of the constitution, the elections for the new execu- tive will take place. Anyone in- terested in running for a seat on the executive is encouraged to arrange for nominators in ad- vance, and if someone cannot attend the meeting, they may still be nominated and stand for office if written confirmation is ° available at the meeting. Copies of the final draft of the constitution are being distribut- ed for perusal to area stores, and to this past year's team coaches. Executive members will also have copies for people to review. Because there will not be time at the meeting to go through the document line by line, people are encouraged to contact any of these people and read the constitution prior to the meeting, and come pre- pared to discuss any concerns. For specific information on who you may contact to review the constitution, contact John McNamara at 986-4426, or Ron Martyn at 986-5952.
