A business partner of Joel W. Aldred DFC for 36 years, she became his closest and dearest friend in her later years. Born at Ocean Falls, British Columbia in 1924, Yoshio suffered through the Japanese Canadian Evacuation of 1942. She suffered as well in her 19 year fight with can- cer, which finally conquered her. Survivied by her sisters Jane of Las Vegas, Mich of Bumaby, B.C. and her sister-in-law Susan of Davis, Califomia and their children. Yoshio will be remembered as a role model of thoughtful caring and generosity to her fellow man. A memorial ser- vice will be conducted by the Vener- able Norman P. Aldred Jr. of McMinnville, Oregon.
