This most recent incident has renewed a concern among the mayors of Scugog, Brock and Uxbridge Townships who have contended for quite a while that the area is not adequately po- liced. Mayor Hall said they have voiced this concern with offi- cials on a number of occasions. Mayor Hall pointed to an inci- dent in February of last year in which a late night brawl outside a dance in Port Perry also re- sulted in a large number of youths congregating.
