The Bryans family spent Christmas as usual with break- fast together this year at Gord and Deb's as they've outgrown Nancy and Bob's table. Cheryl Graham of Red Deer, Alberta spent Christmas with her parents Harvey and Joan Graham. On Dec 23, the Gra- ham family celebrated Joan's birthday at a family dinner at the home of Mark Graham and Shelley Holliday. On Christmas Eve, Harvey and Joan Graham, Cheryl Graham, Rob Graham and Mark Graham and Shelley Holliday joined the Kelly family at the home of Gerald and Joyce Kelly, Elaine and Esther, along with Peter and Elizabeth Peet- ers, Courtney and Kathryn of Omemee and Francis Peeters of Midland for the Graham family Christmas celebration. Christ- mas Day, Cheryl was part of the Hoskin family Christmas at the home of her parents with her grandmother, Mrs. Muriel Ho- skin, Pat Fletcher, Pat, Diana and Scott, Ron and Sandra Ho- ~ skin, Craig, Sean and Tracy, along with friends of the young people. Boxing Day, Cheryl was pleased to be part of the Purple Hill brunch at {the home of Stan - KEES and Lynne Wonnacott and boys. Cheryl returned to Red Deer on Sunday evening. Gord and Deb Bryans held Christmas dinner for the Black family and also Nancy and Bob Bryans. : Boxing Day was held for about 35 members of Babe and Wilf Brown's family at the Me- morial Park Clubhouse in Bow- manville. All the Bryans and Alpes attended. There were seven tables at the weekly euchre party with the following winners: Jean Porrill, Alex Moffatt, Charlie Campbell, Dorothy Archer, Harold Crawford, Ruby Co- chrane and Mary Forest. Lucky Donation to Operation Scugog draws were won by Jean Por- rill, Alex Moffatt, Ruby Co- chrane, Grant Bright and Vivi- an Kidall. There will be euchre party between Christmas and New Year's. The two large boxes of canned and boxed food items, presented to Ms. Carnegie by publisher J. Peter Hvidsten on behalf of Port Perry Star readers, will be distributed to needy families in Scugog Township in time for Christmas. Donors of a food item were eligible to enter a free draw for $50, and the winner was Melba Owen of Port Perry. The Port Perry Star thanks all those who gave so generously to this worthwhile cause.
