The local square dancers Joined by another group enjoyed a New Year's Eve party at the Town Hall, hosted by their lead- ers Glen and Carolyn Dowson. Rev. Doreen Van Camp of Craik, Saskatchewan spent the holiday week visiting her moth- er Mrs. Margaret Van Camp and visiting family and friends in the area. During the week they entertained several rela- tives - Sylvia Barker of Ajax and Sonia Gallagher of Toronto on Thursday. On Friday, their guests were Esther and Prosper Meerschaut of Nepean. One evening Doreen and her mother were evening dinner guests of John and Jean Medland of Brooklin. On New Year's Day a large number of descendants of Nor- man Mountjoy and other Fer- guson relates gathered at the Recreation Centre for a great day of food, fellowship and games.
