Bethesda Reach W.I. catered to the large crowd at the Her- man Hempen machinery sale on Saturday. The Pine Ridge Chorus girls from Uxbridge are home from Svracuse. N.Y. There were 26 groups, some quite large. The Pine Ridge group placed third in the small chorus group and 13th over all. There were 26 groups in the competition. Ross and Marion Miller, Ross and Barbara Evans attended the 50th wedding anniversary of Arnold and Doris Stevenson of Norwood on Sunday. Several friends went to Don Mills United Church on Sunday to hear the Baptist Youth Choir and enjoyed a nice visit with Edith Anne and Wayne. First officer: "What do we do now? Retreat?"
