Neta Fish of Edgerton Road spent a couple of days visiting with her daughters - Audrey Leishman of Reaboro and Mar- lene Bannister of Peterborough this week - a most enjoyable time for all. Pleased to hear that Norm Mairs of Fleetwood Trailer Park, Janetville, is feeling a bit better. Sure hope Norm will feel like his old self pretty soon now. Chin up there, boy! He will be sadly missed by family and many friends. Birthday Party Dan and Lea Kitchen of Whit- by hosted a very happy 40th birthday celebration for three members of the family on Satur- day evening. The celebrants were Anne Cawker, Michael Cawker and Dan Kitchen - all around the 40 year mark! Games, the swimming pool and many other pursuits were of in- terest, and food was in abun- dance with birthday cake, etc. All received gifts and cards to mark this great occasion. Everyone welcome to join with us each Sunday at 10a.m. The pork roast proved to be a fine success on Saturday with everyone enjoying their meal and entertainment, as well as visiting with friends and neigh- bors. Even the temperatures cooled down for us, which made it more enjoyable. - Alot of planning and organiz- ing was done by the committee to make this all possible. We thank each and everyone who helped out in any way for a job well done. Just maybe next vear, we can look forward to an- other one.
