Mosport launches counter appeal Mosport Park recently learned that the Municipality of Clarington is launching an ap- al of the recent decision made y the Divisional Court of Onta- rio. In view of the municipality's decision to launch an appeal, Mosport is disappointed, once again, as it tried to have the matter resolved by mutual agreement. As a result of this decision, Mosport will also launch an ap- peal in order to have the licens- ing and musical bylaws of the municipality declared invalid. "We will be seeking costs against the municipality in the Divisional Court matter, as well as proceeding vigorously for damages in the amount of 10 million dollars, in addition to punitive damages, for the con- spiracy by the municipality to hurt Mosport's business," stat- ed Mosport President, Harvey: Hudes.
