Burnett, 32, a native of Port Perry, was introduced to the Ed- monton media on August 2, making him the youngest coach in the league. Although excited about his new appointment, it was not un- expected. "We pretty much knew we were going to Edmonton. I just didn't know what the job title would be," Burnett told the Port Perry Star yesterday from his new office.
