Bert Bicknell, Director of Plant Engineering at General Motors Canada and a JA Board of Director for the past three years, takes up his duties imme- diately. General Motors of Can- ada is and has been the main supporter of JA since its incep- tion in 1968. Mr. Bicknell brings leader- ship experience to this position as he leads Plant Engineering and Construction activities at the GM plant.
