At approximately 1 p.m. two male suspects entered CIROS Jewellery Store located in the Oshawa Shopping Centre. While one of the suspects kept the clerk's attention the other opened a display case and stole a quantity of diamond rings and bracelets. Suspect #1 who committed the theft is described as male, black, 20-22 years old, 5'11" tall, 200 Ibs. heavy set. He is de- scribed as a dark skinned negro with some blemishes on his face. He was wearing a royal blue t-shirt with red writing or a design, blue baseball cap and dark blue shorts.
