"A Family Tradition for 128 Years" CSC plans for future programs A planning project re- garding preschool speech and language services is being orga- nized by the Children's Services Council and the Durham Region District Health Coun- cil. The project will de- velop a plan for a full range of supports and services that will meet the speech and lan- guage needs of Dur- ham's preschoolers. Three parent consu- mers of preschool lan- guage services are needed for the project committee. Other mem- bers include represen- tatives from a variety of agencies serving chil- dren. | There will also be op- portunities to become involved in a broad con- sultation with parents using or requiring speech services for pre- | schoolers. This could in- | clude questionnaires, telephone contact, fo- cus groups, etc. If you are interested in participating in this planning project, please contact the CSCD at 905-433-4100 or 683-4089 by April 13,1995.
