The hall, which began taking bookings in late July, 1s already booked for 15 weddings in 1996, as well as for anumber of other special events. The hall seats 450 people, with section A sitting 300 people and section B accommodating an additional 150 people. There are separate fees for licensed and non- jicensed events and an additional fee for kitchen privi- eges. Monday through Friday rental fees range from $90 for a non-licenced event to $125 for a licenced event, with a maximum fee of $200 for both sections. Weekend rates are slightly higher. The entire hall can be rented for as low as $135 for a non-licenced event to a maximum of $300 for a licenced event for the entire facility.
