The development, to be located directly across from the Port Perry Plaza, pr will feature three distinct buildings. The main store, to feature the supermarket, will be a 35,000 square foot build- ing, with an additional 10,000 square feet left for possible future expan- sion. The store will fea- ture groceries, a pharma- cy, music, books and videos, floral wrap, cards and gifts and an in-store deli and bakery. The plan calls for two other buildings, one a 3,500 square foot restau- rant, although no tenants have been confirmed. A third building measuring 20,000 square feet will house a retail store, which is also not confirmed. Council will be viewing the project in a phase pro- ject, with the supermar- ket being phase one.
