The puck was flying back and forth all during the first period, but it wasn't going in for either team. East Gwillimbury got on the board at 7:29 of the second and scored an- other at 3:20. Into the third period and Lawrence Cook and Nick Ostafichuk were doing their best to hold off their forwards. We had some great goaltending from Chris Thompson. He hard- ly ever misses catching a raised shot. Our forwards were trying to get through their defence but they were very good and our guys just couldn't get to the net. East Gwillimbury got their third and final goal on us at 9:24 while we remained scoreless this game. Jeremy Pare won a lot of faceoffs this game for us and nice to see Reid McTaggert out on our de- fensive line. Chad Lance and Murphy Irvine put in some good rushes for our excitement during the game.
