The Little Things It's the little things in life that count. The handclasp, touch or smile, the little gift that is brought, these things help make life worthwhile. The pleasure of a telephone call, - when you are sad or blue, orjust to know that someone cares can mean so much to you! A friend may well be reckoned the mas- terpiece of nature! Looking for Spring What do you look for, while searching for spring? A small budding crocus, a bird on the wing. Or maybe a blue sky, so won- drous and gay? A bit of green grass as you travel your way! What do you look for when Aprilis due? The last winter snowflake be- fore March is through; A kite overiiead for a young- ster's delight! Or maybe the joy of a bright star-filled night. ; Spring brings us wonders like none we have known A brand new beginning to have for our own, So much that holds beauty in each shining dawn, The warmth of the sunshine tells winter is gone! What do we look for, there's so much to find' A moment of peace for a bright hopeful mind, A faith or a courage, a heart filled with mirth When you look for spring- time, do look for rebirth!
