Wagg of Brock Township pleaded guilty to charges of discharging a .243 rifle from a roadway and tres- passing on private proper- ty for the purpose of hunt- ing. Justice of the Peace Brown of Whitby Provin- cial Offences Court sen- tenced Mr. Wagg to a fine of $2,300 and ordered his rifle to be forfeited to the Crown.
