PURPOSE OF THE AMENDMENT By-Law 77-92, enacted on December 14, 1992, served to rezone the subject land to the General Commercial Exception Fifteen Holding (C3-15(H) Zone to permit the development of an eating establishment, inclusive of a drive thru facility. A Holding (H) Symbol was used to prevent the development of the property until such time as a site plan was submitted and approved by the Township of Scugog. This obligation has now been met by the applicant and it is deemed appropriate to remove the Holding (H) Symbol to permit the development of the land. EPRESENTATI ANY PERSON may attend this meeting of Council to discuss this issue provided that a request to make a formal deputation to Council is received by the municipality no later than the 7th day of April, 1997.
