The focus group for Durham Region will be taking place on Thursday, Nov. 27 from 2-4 p.m. at the Community Nursing Home at 15941 Simcoe St. N., Port Perry. The scholarship was set up by Mrs. Kenhedy's family to support a student studying choral music in and outside of high school. Melinda is currently taking voice lessons from music teacher, Elsie Drygala of Oshawa.
