The Coyotes finished in third place in the Challenge Cup which was hosted by the West Ferris Ringette Association. This team is made up of ringette players from Ajax, Oshawa, Pickering, Port Perry and Whitby. The Coyotes will be playing in the Ontario Winter Games this March in Peterborough. The first game on Friday "had the Central Coyotes downing the Northeastern team by a score of 11-3.
