Most of Old Port's employees will start moving into new offices there at a later date, he said. Architect Denny Bryan said the design of the building and land- scaping will attract other companies to build simi- lar facilities in the 52- acre Success Industrial Park. Members of township council were delighted with the plans presented - Monday afternoon, say- ing the facility is a wel- come addition to the busi- ness community of Scugog and hopefully will serve to attract others to the area. Old Port's new ware- house will occupy five acres in the Industrial Park. Mr. Mitchell said two- acre size lots are avail- able for business and industry wishing to locate in the Park, which will have underground wiring, street lights, paved roads and its own pond for fire protection.
