Mr. Waite and Raymond Aklen, an employee of Sledheads and Softtails, on Water St. in Port Perry, were both charged for infractions under the Liquor Licence Act when police entered the premis- es to investigate allega- tions that a person who was already intoxicated had been served alcohol there.
