Spotlight on Agriculture, a kick-off event to the Durham Countryside Adventure, provided fresh fare pro- vided by local farmers. The succulent variety of vegetables, meats and desserts were prepared by B & B Barbecue and Judy's Catering. In his opening remarks, Mayor Doug Moffatt said agriculture 1s the largest economical agent in Scugog Township and the second largest industry in the GTA.
