K.C.I. would not give up and in the third period they tied this game at two when Brian Pomeroy con- verted with 3:10 left in this hockey game. Assists were given out to Duane Bronson and Warren Geer. But 29 seconds later Brian Till came through with the game winning goal for Monsma Electric with Dave Cini and Mike McQuade picking up assists on the game win- ner. Two minutes later John Harman took a pass from Andy Steele and then went upstairs on Pineridge Sports goal- tender Sean Parker to give Cedar Creek the lead. Pineridge Sports was able to tie the game in the closing minute of the first frame when Dave Burnett found the back of the net with assists going to Danny Taylor and Rick Goris. Cedar Creek then took over in the second period scoring two goals. The go- ahead goal was scored by Nathan Brown as he took a nice feed from John Harman. Minutes later it was John Harman adding the insurance goal as he put a low snapshot through the pads of Pineridge netminder, Sean Parker. Assists went to Karl Durham and Rick Sakanashi. Ray Gibson had a very solid game between the Cedar Creek pipes making many key saves to help them pick up the victory. Harrison Fuels 7 Taylor Fuels 2. Taylor Fuels opened: the scoring when Rob Kroonenburg was set up by Wayne Taylor but fol- lowing that goal was six unanswered goals from Harrison Fuels including two from Steve Laird which were both set up by Jamie Menzies and John Ennis. Also finding the Taylor Fuels net was Mike McGuinness from Steve Laird, Craig Leask from Richie Le Fort, Richie Le Fort from Jamie Menzies and Greg Ellis, and Jamie Menzies pick- ing up his fifth point and second goal of the game after being nicely set up by Richie Le Fort and Brock Reville. Ken Little found the net from Jarrett Harman and Paul Van Camp for Taylor but Harrison Fuels answered right back with a goal from Brock Reville who was set up by Mike McGuinness and Joh Ennis.
