Billy Zaparanuik, a Chester Crescent resident, was arrested at 242 King St. on Dec. 10 when he was scheduled to appear before a judge for other offences. Durham Police report that Lindsay OPP officials had put out a warrant for Mr. Zaparanuik recently for an impersonation to obstruct police charge. Police say Mr. Zaparanuik was caught trespassing in the Lindsay area and gave OPP officers a false name and address.
