Once inside they made their way to a basement bedroom and then went" out to the garage where they took a snowmobile, two helmets and gloves. Preparations for the Holiday Season are quite hectic St. John's News Preparations for the Christmas Season are pro- ceeding at a hectic pace at St. John's. Members of the Church School Choir and the Church Choir are busy rehearsing music for the Christmas Eve Eucharist, the Service of Carols and Lessons (on the Sunday after Christmas) and also for the Feast of the Epiphany. And these are not the only special services which will be held at St. John's dur- ing the "Twelve Days". Certainly the First Eucharist of 1999, which will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on New Year's Day, is a must for anyone who wants to start the New Year in the best possible way. On December 29th, the Choir will bring Christmas Music to the residents of the Community Nursing Home and The Villa. Father Hugh and everyone at St. John's pray that you, our readers, will be blessed with Happiness and Peace during this Christmas Season and that those blessings will continue throughout 1999. Colin Beal, reporter. Following their tracks, police say the thieves took the sled for a ride around the Prince Albert area and through some fields before stopping at Suny's gas sta- tion and getting $5 in gas. They then made their down Chester Crescent and around the surrounding area before dumping the sled in a field about 100- yards west of Mother Jackson's Open Kitchen. The snowmachine, hel- mets, and gloves were all returned to the owner. Ladies Wednesday Team 'Standing: Thyme 17, Basil 14, Sage Oregano 2.
