Two of the parties asked to have their bail restrictions altered because they are getting married. Lisa Sayeau, 18, of Port Perry, Donald Dupuis, 29, of Oshawa and George Clark, 45, of Markham are all charged with production of a controlled substance, pos- session of a controlled substance for the purpose of traf- ficking and possession of the proceeds of crime. All three were released on bail at their first court appearance, with the condition that they not associate with one another. [J 1) where Regional Council deems it necessary to deal with a health or environmental problem caused by failed private wells and/or septic systems, and only after all other options to address the problem have been exhausted; and 2) where Regional Council may wish to consider, on a case by case basis, and by amendment to the Regional Official Plan, the approval of a privately owned and operated communal system required to service development that is deemed to be of significant benefit to the Region. The policy does not apply to development located on the Oak Ridges Moraine and the Permanent Agricultural Reserve Areas as designated in the Durham Regional Official Plan. Mr. Murray asked that the case be held over until June 24 while he awaits disclosure of evidence that relates to the police discovery of a hydroponic growing operation, allegedly located in a home on Hwy. 12 just north of Reach St., near Port Perry. Police discovered the plants after attending the home to assist a former resident in removing belongings May 11.
