St. John's News The after the service coffee "time at St. John's on Sunday morning was a triple birthday celebration as Marjorie Green, Tommy Hodge and George Kubovic were congratulated and serenaded by their fellow parish- ioners. George is, of course, the church's head pancake chef and he is already making prepara- tions for St. John's annual Shrove Tuesday Feast. He is looking for- ward to providing us with a great pre-lenten gastronomic experi- ence. Asked if there is anything he needs for the occasion, he could only think of two needs: several enthusiastic sous-chefs and lots of customers with healthy appetites. In last week's column, we made reference to an internet Prayer site and recommended you, our readers, try it. Those of you who did try will have experi- enced some frustration as your computer will have advised you that there is no such site. The correct address is: www.jesuit.ie/prayer. Do try again, you will enjoy it. pe Vo a ema ee aml a ag a eam an oan oa al a al al oat a a me -------- a a a a aa a a a a a a ae a a og an a lr am at a ns a a aL a a Lo a a a AT Fr
