The result was 34 stitches in his left foot toes, and two broken toes. Since then, we have had to rely on quite a few peo- ple as | don't drive. At this time, my son and | would like to thank each and every one of them for their needed help. My son lives in Toronte and is feeling very useless. We would like to especially thank my three good neighbours for getting my husband to the doctors every three days. Thank you Gary, Jack & Lary for the most needed transportation. We would also like to thank Diane & ary, Sheila, Verna & Jack, Sue & Mark, and Charlie & Larry for the special things they did, and we will be forever grateful. Thanks to my niece Wendy for being there for me, and my nephew and niece Mike & Jennifer and friends Pat & Brigit for all the running around they did for us. Thanks also to Doctor Kazarian and her staff for their excellent care, espe- cially nurse Marylou for the loan of the walker. Also the nurses & staff of Durham Access to Care and Communityy Care for getting my husband to Oshawa for a couple of visits for scans. As my hus- band is healing from this ordeal, | would like all of you out there to know how important it is to have good neighbours. | don't know what | would have done without them.
