Persons who have not received their VOTE BY MAIL KIT by October 30, 2000, may obtain a kit at the Township of Scugog, Clerk's Department, 208 North St., Port Perry, Ontario, LIL 1A7. VOTING WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER: 1. BY MAIL The Voter upon receipt of the Vote by Mail Kit, shall complete the ballot, place it in the Inner Ballot Secrecy Envelope and seal the envelope. The voter shall then complete the Voter Declaration Form and place it, along with the sealed Ballot Secrecy Envelope, in the yellow prepaid return envelope provided in the Vote by Mail Kit. The last day to mail the yellow prepaid return envelope in order to ensure its receipt by the Clerk is FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2000. 2.
