Jamie Parry on the power play got the lone goal in the first. The four goals in the middle frame came from Dane Gray, Adam Jones, Matt McMaster and Jeremy Ritchie. Nathan Cotter got the lone MoJack goal in the third period, an unassist- ed effort. Dana Bloom helped the MoJack cause with a couple of assists. lan Watson was in the nets for the MoJacks and turned in a strong perfor- mance for his second straight win since signing with the team earlier in the month. The win gives the MoJacks 18 points so far on the season and actual- ly keeps them even in the standings with the Merchants, who hold sev- eral games in hand. With the dust settling on the coaching situation, the MoJacks head into the Christmas season with a game this coming Friday evening in Georgina. Their next home game at the Scugog Arena will be Dec. 28 at 7:30 p.m. when they host the Uxbridge Bruins. Both netminder Watson and assistant coach Evans are ex-Bruins, so this game should prove interesting. After the Uxbridge game, the MoJacks hit the road for three straight before getting back on home ice Jan. 7 against Lakefield.
