The many friends of Bill Henshall are urged to help welcome him into retirement later this month when a special evening is planned for Jan. 18. The township's By-Law Enforcement than Mr.Henshall officially called it a career when he retired on Nov. 1, 2000. He know spends time helping his wife, Pam, at their clothing store on Queen St. and remains an active mem-' ber of the local Masonic Lodge. Passenger car sales for the month of 19,570 units resulted in dealer deliveries of 37,945 vehicles in December: 2000. For the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2000, General Motors of Canada has sold 474,893 vehicles, a slight decrease of 0.4 per cent over the same period last year. Passenger car sales in 2000 were down slightly by 1.1 per cent while truck sales were up by 0.4 per cent.
