Later during the meeting, the commit- tee heard a presentation from Carey Nicholson, an organizer with the 2001 Lake Scugog Spring Studio Tour. Scheduled for the weekend of May 5 and 6, the event is a self-guided tour of more than 20 local studios. Mrs. Nicholson asked if the township would consider purchasing an ad in pro- motional material. Mr. Bennett suggested that the township and BIA split the cost of a $400 ad, which was later okayed.
